For * Easter Week / Semana Santa * 26 Mar 10 - 4 Apr 10 the Holiday Rates from Christmas/New Year are applied and a minimum of 4 nights is required.
- Prices are subject to 16 % government tax and 10 % service tax.
- All rates are in US$ per night and per condo.
- Rates include daily housekeeping, full bathroom and kitchen amenities and high-speed internet connection available.
- Reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights in regular season except for the following dates 6 nights Christmas/New Year, and 4 nights Easter Week (Semana Santa).
- Easter Time 26 Mar - 4 Apr, 2010 is not listed as an individual season but high season rates will be charged.
- A deposit of 25% is required upon reservation, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards a new
reservation if used within a year of cancellation date. Deposits are to be paid by Wire Transfer or Check, full terms and conditions are available on request. The reservation deposit during Holiday season is 50%. - Credit Cards are accepted, a 4% surcharge applies (only for payment onsite).
- Final Payment is due upon arrival.
- Twin beds are available in some Deluxe and Superior units.
- Cribs (children <2 years) or roll-away beds (children <14 years) are available.
- Ask for our discounted monthly rates (minimum of 4 weeks)
- Bed and Breakfast Rates are available at an additional $6 / person per day.
