• Prices are subject to a 10% gratuity fee. 
• All rates are in US$ per night and per condo, not per person. 
• Rates include housekeeping every 3 days, full bathroom and kitchen amenities and high-speed internet connection available. If you would like additional cleanings they are available at a costs of $10usd each.  
• Reservations require a minimum stay of 4 nights
• A deposit of 50% is required upon reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits are to be paid by Wire Transfer or Check.
• Credit Cards are accepted, only if you book through our partners at www.Expedia.com
• Final Payment is due upon arrival. 
• Twin beds are available in some units. 
• Cribs (children - 2 years) or futon (children -14 years) are available. 
• Ask for our discounted monthly rates (minimum of 4 weeks)
