You can fly into the following Airports :

• International Airport of Puerto Plata : a 20 minute taxi ride to the Resort.
• International Airport of Santiago : an hour and 30 minutes away.
• International Airport of Santo Domingo : a 3 hour ride to Cabarete.

Flights:

From USA: American Airlines and Continental are the airlines that have regularly scheduled flights into Puerto Plata International Airport. There are several flights daily. You can also fly into the airport of Santiago, with Jet Blue.

From Canada: The following airlines fly from Canada to the Dominican Republic, Air Transat, West Jet.

From Europe: The following charter airlines fly from Europe into Puerto Plata International Airport (POP) or Santo Domingo (SDQ): Air 2000, Air Europe, Finnair, Leisure Air, Malev Air, Spanair and Sobelai, Thomsonfly, Tui. These airlines have regularly scheduled flights: Air France, Air Portugal, Balair, Condor, Hapag Lloyd, Iberia, Lauda Air, Corsair and LTU.
 

Driving Instructions:

From Puerto Plata Airport to Cabarete East
-> When leaving the Airport of Puerto Plata, you will arrive at the T-junction, turn left. You will be driving with the ocean on your left side. Keep going 10 minutes and you will arrive in the town of Sosua where you will pass through 3 traffic lights. Keep going straight on the same road, another 10 minutes till you arrive in Cabarete. It is a small town and you will drive right through (maybe encountering a little bit of traffic but no traffic lights) then you will see the Casino Ocean Sands on your right side, Keep going, after about 50 meters from the Texaco Gas Station you will see Cabarete East on your left side.

From Santiago Airport to Cabarete East
-> When leaving the Airport of Santiago turn Left immediately after paying parking fee. Turn another Left at the first road. Travel along this road... the airport runways will be on your left. Turn Right at the first intersection. There will be a traffic light here. Travel along this road until you see a sign for Jamao. Turn Left at sign for Jamao. Turn Right at next sign for Jamao. Travel over the mountains for at least 45 minutes. At the bottom of the mountains there is a T intersection (town of Sabaneta), turn Left at this intersection. Travel until you see signs for Cabarete East on your right. (about 10 minutes on this road)
 

Airport Transportation:

We are located 1.3 km from the town. Cabarete is accessible via the beach, it is a nice 15 to 20-minute beach walk. After By night we recommend you use a taxi. A private taxi cost about $5, a local taxi (un Publico o un Gua Gua) or a local Motorbike (un Motoconcho) cost about $2.
